Questions people ask

Does it expire?

No. There is no expiration date on an ITT Heal gift card.

What can they use it on?

Any session we offer. Redeeming the code moves the full amount into their ITT Heal wallet in one go — from there it is a balance they spend at their own pace, on one long session or several shorter ones.

Can I time it for the day?

It sends as soon as payment clears, so buy it the morning of. Your receipt carries the code too, so you can hold it and forward it yourself whenever you like.

What if they already have a wallet balance?

The gift joins it. Money they loaded themselves and money from a gift card sit together as one wallet balance.

Do they need an account first?

No. They enter the code at ittheal.com/redeem with their name and email, and we take it from there.

What if the email never reaches them?

Your receipt carries a copy of the code, so you can forward it straight to them. If the code is lost altogether, call (773) 724-5498 and we can issue a replacement code for the same card.

Is my payment secure?

Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, on Stripe's own pages. We never see or store card numbers.
